Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, Ninì is Cantorìe's only still white wine. It is dedicated to the winemaker's paternal grandmother, wife of the legendary Balenc, whose nickname was Ninì.

‘Ninì’ is a light wine, straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Fresh, mineral and savoury, it is perfect for the hottest periods of the year. It has a rich yet delicate bouquet, capable of expressing the territory from which it comes.

These characteristics make it interesting as an aperitif or with fish or white meat dishes.
