Satèn is a typical Franciacorta product, made exclusively from white grapes and characterised by lower pressure in the bottle (5 atm compared to the classic 6 atm of other types), which gives it a delicate and silky perlage.

Our Satèn ‘Armonia’ is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which give it silkiness, finesse and elegance. Its intense and fruity aroma, with hints of bread crust, and its full and creamy taste, yet at the same time smooth and fresh, achieve a true harmony of flavours. The secret of this wine is its long ageing period: 30-36 months on its lees, much longer than the 24 months required by the regulations.

'Armonia' is capable of awakening real emotions of taste, achieved thanks to skilful vinification, which sees 5% of the base must fermented and aged in small oak barrels for three months in order to give the sparkling base greater roundness.
