Get to the heart of our philosophy by including one of our Grand Reserves in your tasting! You can choose three of our wines, including one dedicated to the Rosso Balenc or Pas Dosè Riserva vintages, always accompanied by a plate of local products.

The perfect experience to discover our products and the characteristics of the eastern part of Franciacorta.

What does the experience include?

Guided tour of the vineyards and production cellar to discover our philosophy, the history of the family, and the wines produced.

Followed by a tasting of 2 glasses of our wines, chosen from:

- Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut “Il canto delle cicale”

- Franciacorta DOCG Satèn “Armonia”

- Franciacorta DOCG Nature Millesimato 2020 “Erika”

- IGT Sebino Rosso “Michele”

- Cellatica Superiore DOC “Rossogiulia”

And 1 glass of:

- Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosè Riserva 2017 "El Soc l'è Bù"

- IGT Sebino Rosso Riserva 2020 "Balenc"

Our winery has chosen to focus on small-scale, niche production with a strong emphasis on quality. Therefore, the list of wines may vary depending on availability on the date of the event.

Accompanying the wine will be a plate of local products consisting of: potato rosti with Tremosine formagella fondue, Brescia salami, aged Maniva della Valtrompia cheese, peppered pancetta on polenta lingotto, and baked goods. Pairings may vary depending on seasonality.

Non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks, juices, or aperitifs) are not available.

IMPORTANT

We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes early so that we can register you before the tour begins and avoid keeping the rest of the group waiting.

For this event, we recommend comfortable clothing and shoes, as well as a sweatshirt/cardigan for the cellar tour, where the temperature reaches 15°C.

We are a pet-friendly company, so your four-legged friends are welcome both in the outdoor areas and in the tasting rooms. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the cellar's production areas.

At the time of booking, a deposit of €10.00 per person will be required to guarantee your reservation.

Deposit conditions

Online Booking

It is possible to cancel or reschedule the experience no later than 48 hours (tastings) and 72 hours (vineyard experiences) before the event. In case of a date change, the deposit will remain valid for the new booking, while in case of cancellation it will be refunded in the form of a gift card - valid for the purchase of activities or products from the winery. In all other cases, the deposit will be forfeited.

Booking with coupon/gift card

The coupon is used as a booking guarantee. Date changes are possible and guaranteed no later than 48 hours (tastings) and 72 hours (vineyard experiences) before the event, subject to the validity of the voucher/gift card on the new date (for which the experience must be carried out no later than the expiry date), otherwise the voucher will be considered lost. The Winery reserves the right to evaluate special situations on a case-by-case basis.
